The development consists of 257,000 sq. ft. of building space, a retail-lined pedestrian street, and a plaza between the BART station and retail section of the neighborhood. It includes 220-units of mixed-income housing, 68 HUD-assisted units, 114,000 square feet of community service and office space (including a clinic, library and senior center), 45,000 square feet of retail space (shops and restaurants), and a 150-car parking garage.
